It can be challenging to take time to understand how WE are doing, and what might be behind certain emotions or feelings. We will be taking some time together to explore how we may be experiencing different types of stress in these times. We will break down what these experiences mean on an individual level. Lastly, we will look at solutions and opportunities that we can use to help us in filling up our cup.
