Heather Peasley has 8 years of leadership, knowledge, and expertise in HS/EHS program organizational design and management. Ms. Peasley’s experience with quality and operations involved the coordination of training and consultation in areas such as organizational change, program governance, data analysis, management systems, and fiscal management. Ms. Peasley has training and expertise with providing and implementing coaching, reflective supervision to remote-located staff, and effective management strategies to support a variety of EHS/HS program models. As the current Region X Grantee Specialist Manager, she oversees the Grantee Specialists in assisting recipients in utilizing data and management system assessment tools in response to deficiencies or areas of noncompliance. Ms. Peasley has led the design and facilitation of Region X training on topics such as approaches to coordinated PD planning, orientation for new HS/EHS directors, and successful grant applications.
